This Commercial License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between:

Licensor:
REEID Global Content Engineering (“REEID GCE”) Co.Ltd.

Licensed Software:
REEID Translation (PRO) Plugin for WordPress, Version 1.7

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
   REEID GCE grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Licensed Software on up to 1 WordPress site(s) in accordance with the terms below.
2. SCOPE OF USE
   Licensee may:
   • Install and activate the plugin on the licensed site(s).
   • Receive one year of updates and email support from the date of purchase.
3. RESTRICTIONS
   Licensee shall not:
   • Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Licensed Software.
   • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code.
   • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
4. SUPPORT & UPDATES
   • REEID GCE will provide updates and bug-fixes for one year from the purchase date.
   • Renewal of support/updates is available at [renewal URL or terms].
5. FEES & PAYMENT
   • Licensee has paid the one-time license fee as invoiced by REEID GCE.
   • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. TERM & TERMINATION
   • This license is perpetual, unless terminated.
   • REEID GCE may terminate this Agreement if Licensee breaches any provision. Upon termination, all license rights cease and Licensee must remove the plugin from all installations.
7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
   The Licensed Software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   In no event shall REEID GCE be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
9. GOVERNING LAW
   This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of United Kingdom

By installing or using the Licensed Software, Licensee agrees to all terms above.
