- Automatically expires and removes stored notices older than a configurable number of days (default 30, range 1–365) via a daily cron job.
- Operates exclusively within the WordPress admin area with zero frontend overhead, using lazy loading and transient caching for performance.
- Ensures privacy by storing all notice data locally in the site's database with no external service calls, tracking, or phone-home behavior.
