REEID TRANSLATE PRO

How to start with REEID Translate Pro.

Install the plugin, configure your translation workflow, test one representative piece of content and confirm the result before scaling across your WordPress site.

01

Install, activate and validate your license.

02

Choose Local BYOK or Cloud Assist.

03

Test one page before scaling translation.

INITIAL SETUP

Three steps before your first translation.

Install the plugin, choose how translation requests will be processed and define the languages used by your site.

STEP 01

Install and activate the plugin

Upload the REEID Translate Pro ZIP in WordPress, activate the plugin and open the REEID Translate settings page.

Enter and validate your license key before configuring the translation workflow.

STEP 02

Choose your translation mode

Local BYOK uses your own OpenAI API key directly from your WordPress site.

Cloud Assist enables supported REEID cloud translation workflows and cache reuse.

STEP 03

Set your languages

Select the source language of your existing content and the target languages required for individual or bulk translation workflows.

Terminology and translation guidance can be refined later without rebuilding the initial setup.

FIRST TRANSLATION

Start with one test page first.

Before translating many pages, choose one normal page, post or product and complete the entire translation workflow once.

A good first test is a representative Gutenberg page, Classic Editor post, Elementor page or WooCommerce product with normal content and layout.

Prepare a controlled first translation

  • Install and activate REEID Translate Pro.
  • Enter and validate your license key.
  • Select Local BYOK or Cloud Assist.
  • Add your OpenAI key when using Local BYOK.
  • Choose source and target languages.
  • Add glossary or prompt guidance when needed.
  • Translate one representative page and review the result.

Check before scaling: language quality, terminology, headings, buttons, images, spacing, translated slug behaviour and editor or builder compatibility.

TRANSLATION ENTRY POINTS

Translate where you already manage WordPress content.

REEID Translate works inside supported WordPress content workflows rather than forcing every content type through one separate editor.

Supported content routes

  • Gutenberg pages and posts
  • Classic Editor content
  • Elementor pages
  • WooCommerce products

Workflow controls

  • Individual translation controls
  • Bulk translation controls
  • Prompt guidance
  • Glossary and terminology guidance
  • Cloud Assist cache reuse where available

QUALITY CONTROL

Guide terminology and review the finished layout.

Translation quality improves when important terminology is defined and the translated page is reviewed in its actual WordPress layout.

Use glossary guidance when terms matter

Add important brand names, product names, preferred translations and terminology rules before translating important or repeated content.

This helps keep key terminology consistent across pages, products and languages.

Check layout after translation

Translation changes text length. Review headings, buttons, images, spacing, menus, product fields and builder-specific sections before publishing translations widely.

Once the representative page behaves correctly, continue with larger translation batches.

BEFORE YOU SCALE

Confirm the workflow, not just the translated sentence.

A successful first translation proves that content, language settings, terminology and the WordPress editing workflow are working together correctly.

A good result should confirm:

  • The correct source and target languages are selected.
  • Important terminology is handled correctly.
  • The translated content remains editable.
  • Links, images and functional structure remain intact.
  • The translated layout remains usable across screen sizes.
  • The workflow is predictable enough to repeat safely.

READY TO CONTINUE?

Start small, confirm the result, then scale.

Translate one representative page, review the result, adjust your prompt or glossary where needed and then continue with more pages, products or languages.
