Plugin capabilities

• Adds customer-facing order status timeline on the My Account page and single order page, including a progress column for the My Account order list.
• Maps store order statuses (including custom statuses from other plugins) into customer-visible stages, with the ability to mark statuses as “not shown to customers” so they contribute nothing to the timeline.
• Provides estimated delivery date calculations based on store handling time (business days) plus per-shipping-method transit time ranges, excluding non-working days/holidays; shows blanks when transit time is not configured.
• Supports customer self-service actions tied to an approval queue: cancel order (request/approve-or-decline), reorder (re-adds past order items with a confirmation screen of changes), invoice link (links to an invoice generated by an invoice plugin or falls back to printable order page), and “Get help with this order” message form.
• Implements a merchant request queue under WooCommerce with an approval/decline workflow, internal notes, optional restocking on cancellation approval, and configurable rules for which statuses are cancellable and request limits/waiting periods.
• Supports guest order lookup (off by default) via a form that emails a signed link to the billing email address already on the order, with rate limiting and configurable link lifetime.
• Integrates with existing tracking plugins by using real tracking numbers when available (steps aside from estimates automatically), and otherwise relies on delivery estimates; tracking detection is also extensible via a filter.
