- Implements admin-side operational notifications, including detecting expiring/expired WhatsApp Cloud API tokens and sending an email notification to the site admin, plus an option to send an admin WhatsApp alert when an order’s WhatsApp message fails to send.
- Supports message templates with dynamic variables (e.g., customer/order fields) that are used to generate the message content sent through the WhatsApp Cloud API.
