- Supports WooCommerce order notifications for multiple order statuses (Pending, Processing, Completed, Cancelled, Refunded, Failed) and can optionally require a phone number field at WooCommerce checkout to ensure a valid destination number.
- Provides bulk WhatsApp broadcasts to contact lists with options to send immediately, schedule for a future time, or repeat monthly, and maintains a run history including delivery status per contact.
- Provides multi-step WhatsApp automation “funnels,” where each step can have its own configurable delay so messages are sent over time after the funnel is triggered.
- Records message delivery attempts in a local Logs screen (including sent, failed, and skipped messages) and stores related details (e.g., phone number, message content, status, timestamp) in the WordPress database; data is removed when the plugin is uninstalled.
- Implements admin-side operational notifications, including detecting expiring/expired WhatsApp Cloud API tokens and sending an email notification to the site admin, plus an option to send an admin WhatsApp alert when an order’s WhatsApp message fails to send.
- Supports message templates with dynamic variables (e.g., customer/order fields) that are used to generate the message content sent through the WhatsApp Cloud API.
