- Preserves WordPress’s existing title, excerpt, and content matching, adding normalization only as an additional eligible condition during the query run.
- Normalizes only relatively short database columns (post_title and post_excerpt) and does not normalize full post_content to avoid repeated SQL transformations.
- Applies enhancement only within performance/compatibility boundaries: skips admin, REST, Ajax, attachment, excluded-term, unusually long, or searches with more than six terms; otherwise keeps the exact core search behavior.
- Creates no index, custom table, options, cookies, analytics records, scheduled tasks, REST routes, or external requests.
- Does not alter stored content; it changes only eligible search SQL while the query runs.
- Works automatically for posts, pages, WooCommerce products, and other post types when their front-end search uses WordPress’s normal WP_Query search (and does not integrate with separate theme/service/live-search engines).
