- Registers the website domain with an AISupportForge account when an administrator saves a site key (request includes the site key and the website domain).
- Outputs a front-end script tag that loads the AI support agent from aisupportforge.com, where the agent runs in the visitor’s browser and communicates directly with AISupportForge.
- Supports optional “Recognise logged-in customers” via a signing secret: when enabled, the plugin adds a short-lived signed token to the agent script for logged-in WordPress users (token includes user ID, email address, and display name, with expiry ~1 hour ahead).
- Optional WooCommerce order lookup integration: when WooCommerce is active and a signing secret is set, AISupportForge may request a signed-in customer’s recent orders; the site responds with order details (order number, status, date, total, items, and tracking number if available) and does not send addresses/email/payment details.
- Can hide the agent on selected pages/posts by ID using a “Hide on these pages” field (comma-separated IDs).
- Detects a Content-Security-Policy (CSP) that would block the agent and can explain it in plain language; it can add aisupportforge.com to relevant CSP directives (script-src, connect-src, img-src) when chosen/possible.
- Loads the agent script asynchronously so it does not block page rendering.
