- Performs server-side randomization during page generation; the selected content is what gets cached, and new random selections occur when cache regenerates (with guidance to use cache exclusions for per-visit randomness).

- Supports use with WooCommerce product blocks by inserting WooCommerce product-related blocks inside the randomizer container for random rotation.
