- When feedback is submitted, BugHerd captures a screenshot and technical metadata (e.g., browser, OS, screen resolution, URL, and CSS selector) and creates a trackable task.
- Feedback can be anchored to the exact element on the page (via a CSS selector) so the resulting task is tied to a specific UI element.
- BugHerd provides a built-in Kanban board for task tracking and supports syncing tasks with external project-management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp, monday.com, Trello, Linear).
- BugHerd supports two-way integrations with project-management tools (including Jira) such that updates/comments/resolution status can sync back to BugHerd.
