- Provides per-form configuration inside the form editor to paste a Kit v4 API key, choose a Kit form, and map fields (with email required).
- Supports an opt-in consent field (checkbox/acceptance/radio) so ticked submissions are added to the selected Kit form while unticked submissions are saved as a subscriber only.
- Controls Kit double opt-in behavior based on the selected Kit form’s own incentive-email/double opt-in setting.
- Prevents duplicate subscribers by matching Kit subscribers by email address (updates existing and creates new).
