- Normalizes tracked actions into “one normalized event” routed to each enabled destination; supports server-side delivery with background retries so checkout completion is not blocked by analytics/ad delivery
- Fires client-side pixels/scripts reliably even when the conversion completes on a later page (e.g., payment-gateway return)
- Loads platform-specific client scripts/tags in the visitor browser for enabled destinations (e.g., GA4 via Measurement Protocol plus `gtag.js`/`gtm.js`, Meta Pixel, Microsoft UET/Clarity tags, Hotjar script, X website tag, and others listed in the README)
- Sends conversion data to third-party endpoints only after enabling the destination and entering credentials in Settings → Conversion Relay; disabling a destination stops traffic to it
- Includes privacy/consent behavior: advertising destinations default to denied until consent is granted; honors Do Not Track and exposes a `wpch_consent` filter for per-event/category consent decisions; enhanced conversions (hashing first-party customer data) are opt-in and off by default
- Supports a generic Webhook destination that POSTs the full normalized event as JSON to a user-provided URL
- Provides delivery status/logging in Settings → Conversion Relay → Status and via WP-CLI (`wp conversion-hub status`) for recent delivery attempts, including failures and retries
