- Supports per-block behavior controls for disclosure interaction, including whether opening one item closes other open items within the same block and whether the first item can be expanded on initial page load.
- Provides per-item “HTML anchor” support (short link name) so a shareable link can open the page with the corresponding question already expanded and scrolled into view.
- Implements server-rendered accessibility semantics for the disclosure widget (e.g., `role="button"`, `aria-expanded`, `aria-controls`, and answer region attributes) directly in the initial HTML, not solely via client-side JavaScript.
- Lazy-loads media inside collapsed FAQ/accordion answers using native lazy-loading attributes as a fallback, while preserving any existing `loading`/`decoding`/`preload` attributes and excluding media from items set to be open by default.
- Includes multilingual compatibility via WPML by shipping a `wpml-config.xml` that marks only the question text as translatable while keeping styling attributes identical across languages.
