- Provides a public REST endpoint for commerce capability discovery via `/capabilities` (truthful capability flags).
- Implements real WooCommerce cart mutation endpoints (`GET /cart`, `POST /cart`, `PUT /cart`, `DELETE /cart`) using WooCommerce’s own Store API.
- Supports shipping on the cart by setting a billing/shipping address and selecting a shipping rate via `POST /cart/address` and `POST /cart/shipping-rate`.
- Initiates WooCommerce checkout for a cart via `POST /checkout` as a preview (no order placement or payment).
- Creates real WooCommerce orders via `POST /order` with Cash on Delivery only (`payment_method` restricted to `cod`).
- Exposes UCP discovery/catalog via `GET /.well-known/ucp` and `POST /ucp/catalog/search` (UCP checkout/payment/order and `catalog.lookup` not implemented).
