- Automatically adds a `google-site-verification` meta tag to the site header for Google site verification.
- Retrieves the verification token from the Gatefeed account automatically (no WordPress settings/configuration).
- Fetches the token from the Gatefeed API endpoint `https://gatefeed.gatead.com/api/verification/token` using the site’s domain name only.
- Caches the retrieved token and limits refresh to at most once per day (token cached for 24 hours).
- Removes the verification tag from the site when the plugin is deactivated.
- Requires a Gatefeed account with the store connected for the verification tag to be served.
