- Provides a “Split Menu Widget” to render a context-relative submenu section in sidebars, with configurable start level, depth, parent display, hierarchy (flat vs nested), and trigger depth for child visibility relative to the active page.
- Provides a “Section Menu Widget” to render a selected section of a WordPress menu in sidebars, with configurable start item, depth, and whether to show the parent item.
- Exposes theme integration points via WordPress actions to output dynamic menu sections anywhere in templates: `do_action('jcs/split_menu', $menu, $args)` and `do_action('jcs/menu_section', $menu, $args)`, including options for hierarchy, start/depth, show_parent, and wrapper/container attributes.
- Supports a shortcode for rendering a menu section in the visual editor: `[jcs_menu_section menu="" hierarchy="1" start="1" depth="5" show_parent="0" /]`.
- Implements compatibility with custom theme menu walkers by allowing the plugin’s custom walker to be disabled via the `jcs/enable_public_walker` filter (example returns `false`).
- Offers filters/actions to customize rendered menu output on a per-item basis, including `jcs/menu_item_args` (edit `wp_nav_menu` options per menu item), `jcs/item_classes` (add extra classes by item type), and `jcs/item_title` (modify item title by item type).
