- Frontend script injection: it loads the Kissmetrics JavaScript library from `https://i.kissmetrics.io/i.js` and `https://scripts.kissmetrics.io/.2.js` on the site’s front end.
- Behavioral event tracking (opt-in by event type): it can automatically track page/post/homepage views (including title, categories, and tags), sign-in/registration events, link clicks, search queries, comment submissions, and social interactions (Facebook/Twitter).
- User and buyer identification: it can identify authenticated users by username, WooCommerce buyers by billing email, and unregistered commenters by the email address they enter.
- WooCommerce purchase measurement: when purchase tracking is enabled, it records a `Purchased` event on the order-received page and includes order details such as revenue/order total, items, currency, and order ID.
- Asynchronous library loading: the Kissmetrics library loads asynchronously and is only output once an API key is configured.
