- Sitemap output location/behavior: when generation is run, the sitemap is saved as `sitemap.xml` in the WordPress site root directory; an existing `sitemap.xml` in that location is overwritten without asking.
- Robots.txt compliance: the generator respects `robots.txt`, including the `crawl-delay` directive, and uses a custom crawler user-agent group named `MB-SiteCrawler` (with fallback to the `*` group if not defined).
- Meta noindex handling: it recognizes `noindex` meta elements and does not list pages marked with `noindex` in the sitemap.
- Indexable filetype coverage: it adds nearly all indexable file types (examples given include `.pdf`, `.xls`, `.doc`) to the sitemap.
- Pro capabilities for media sitemaps: the Pro version generates image sitemaps and video sitemaps (with support described for HTML5 video elements and embedded YouTube videos).
