- Automatically keeps a hosted knowledge index synchronized with the site’s public posts and pages.
- Performs crawling/indexing restricted to the verified public origin, with administrator-configurable path exclusions and robots.txt compliance; private/authenticated/cross-origin/non-public destinations are rejected.
- Uses a managed Qentra service (agent-api.qentra.tech) for site verification, crawling/indexing, widget session handling, and visitor question answering.
- Security/privacy controls include signed, replay-protected plugin-to-service requests; one-time cryptographic site ownership verification; and administrator controls for transcript retention (including retention=0) and remote deletion via “Disconnect and delete data”.
- Browser rendering is text-only: model output is not injected as HTML.
- When WooCommerce is active, the plugin can detect store capabilities locally and may enable Sales Agent for grounded product/price guidance; live stock/cart/order access remains disabled unless a separately approved, authenticated connector exists.
