- Enforcement includes both edit-screen behavior (JavaScript that disables the Publish button until a featured image is present) and server-side prevention (hooks into the publish method to stop publishing when no featured image is present).
- Only content types that support featured images are shown on the settings page for configuration.
- Supports requiring featured images for custom post types (not just the built-in “Post” type).
- Optionally supports setting a minimum image size for the required featured image via the plugin settings page.
