  • For every new COD order, asks a secure service to send the customer an SMS with a link to a mobile-friendly confirmation page where the customer can confirm the shipping address or report it as wrong.
  • Adds private WooCommerce order notes for events including when the SMS is sent, when the address is confirmed, when a wrong address is reported, and when an invalid or foreign phone number is detected.
  • Provides a customer-facing confirmation page translated into 11 languages with per-order language detection for multilingual stores (WPML, Polylang, TranslatePress).
  • Supports confirmation page themes (light, dark and more) plus custom brand colors, with previewable options from wp-admin.
  • Uses an asynchronous process (Action Scheduler job) so checkout is not slowed down, and retries automatically if the service is temporarily unreachable.
