- RoxPay gateway adds a RoxPay payment method to WooCommerce using RoxPay API V5.
- The plugin connects to RoxPay through API V5 on the configured RoxPay environment.
- When settings are saved, the plugin requests authorization for every redirect domain used by the configured payment URLs and synchronizes its signed V5 transaction webhook.
- When a customer starts a payment, the plugin sends amount, currency, order reference, redirect URLs and metadata needed to reconcile the transaction.
- The plugin exposes a signed local webhook endpoint and RoxPay is hidden at checkout until API credentials are valid and all redirect domains are approved.
- The connection between the WordPress site and RoxPay’s API is secured using HTTPS, and sensitive data such as API credentials are stored in the WordPress options table.
