Plugin capabilities

• Loads a deferred frontend widget script when the site is connected to the Rynex platform; the widget powers the on-site AI assistant and related analytics signals.
• Stores an anonymous visitor ID in the browser and sends it with conversation events; on product pages it also reports the page URL and product identifier for personalization and optional on-site recommendations.
• Sends widget interaction and traffic signals (page views and widget opens including page URL, referrer, UTM parameters, device type, and language) to derive coarse audience labels across visits (returning visitor, widget opened before, chatted before, came from a paid campaign, browsed 3+ products), which are returned to the widget; no browsing history is sent.
• Provides a consent control (`ShopAgentConfig.trackingConsent = false` and `window.ShopAgent.optOut()`) that disables stored visitor/session identifiers and browsing-signal audience labels; if consent is withdrawn later, it erases derived behavioral data for that visitor ID while keeping conversations for service delivery.
• For WooCommerce stores, sends order and product webhooks to Rynex for catalog freshness and revenue attribution; attributes orders to the AI conversations that drove them and reports attributed orders/revenue in the dashboard.
• For signed-in shoppers (2.11.0+), includes a signed customer token (WooCommerce/WordPress customer ID, email, name; expires after 24 hours) in widget requests to Rynex; no such data is emitted for guests.
• Implements an event bridge back to the site’s REST API (`/wp-json/rynex/v1/events`) delivering HMAC-signed event notifications (e.g., contact captured, order attributed, handover requested) without message content; can be paused from the settings page.
