- Allows administrators to show/hide the notice bar using a checkbox (plugin enable/disable behavior).
- Supports configuration of visual styling, including font color (with transparency) and background color (with transparency).
- Can hide the sitewide message on mobile devices and can hide it for logged-in users.
- Can display the notice bar either at the top or at the bottom of the screen.
- Integrates with Paid Memberships Pro to show the notification banner only to members.
