- Streams audio and polls now-playing metadata only when radio shortcodes are present; no network requests on pages without embeds
- Uses scoped CSS variables for theme customization and includes Dark/Light/Auto settings options
- Bundles all images locally to prevent remote image host dependencies while fetching text data externally
