  • Provides lead capture when no agents are on shift via an on-site form (name, phone number, message, and a consent checkbox wording set by the site owner), storing submissions in the plugin’s own database and listing them in a Contacts screen.
  • Emits internal frontend/backend hooks after analytics/lead actions: `sgwa_click_logged` (after a click is written to the log, with the stored row) and `sgwa_lead_captured` (after a lead is stored, with contact id and lead).
  • Does not send captured analytics or leads to external services by default and makes no external HTTP requests for telemetry/analytics call-home, license checks, update checks, remote fonts, or CDN resources.
  • Supports developer extensibility for analytics-related rendering and event data via filters such as `sgwa_should_display`, `sgwa_agents`, `sgwa_campaigns`, `sgwa_message_template`, `sgwa_message_vars`, and `sgwa_click_logged`/`sgwa_lead_captured`.
