Plugin capabilities

• Publishes a UCP discovery profile at `/.well-known/ucp` when activated, and exposes UCP REST endpoints under `/wp-json/wt-ucp/v1/` for the shopping capabilities.
• Implements UCP Catalog operations via REST endpoints for product search and item lookup (e.g., `GET /wp-json/wt-ucp/v1/catalog/search` and `GET /wp-json/wt-ucp/v1/catalog/items/{id}`).
• Implements UCP Cart operations with session-based cart creation and updates (e.g., `POST /wp-json/wt-ucp/v1/carts` and `PUT /wp-json/wt-ucp/v1/carts/{id}`), including an optional `continue_url` handoff to the WooCommerce cart page.
• Implements UCP Checkout session lifecycle endpoints, including creating checkout sessions, updating them with shipping info, and finalizing via `POST /wp-json/wt-ucp/v1/checkout-sessions/{id}/complete` (with a corresponding cancel endpoint).
• Implements UCP Order read operations via `GET /wp-json/wt-ucp/v1/orders/{id}` to check order status across the WooCommerce order lifecycle.
• Supports UCP Discount behavior by accepting coupon codes in `discounts.codes` within Cart/Checkout create/update requests, validating them against WooCommerce coupons, and returning structured discount results (including automatic coupons surfaced as `automatic: true`).
• Provides Identity Linking via an OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code + PKCE flow that can be enabled in plugin settings, with configurable scopes (e.g., checkout manage and order read).
• Allows payment processing delegation by storing a payment token in WooCommerce order meta (e.g., `_ucp_payment_token`) and invoking a WordPress filter (`wbte_ucp_enabler_process_payment`) so the site can charge the token via its configured payment gateway/tokenizer.
