Plugin capabilities

• Frontend chat widget injection: loads a Zipchat widget script from app.zipchat.ai on every front-end page while connected to render the chat bubble.
• Server-to-server connection handshake: on Connect, redirects to Zipchat consent and performs a server-to-server request to exchange a one-time code for credentials, sending site URL, store currency, whether WooCommerce is active, whether customer accounts are created, plugin version, and the widget token.
• Visitor-to-Zipchat conversation communication: after the widget script is loaded, the visitor’s browser communicates with Zipchat to run the conversation.
• WooCommerce sales/revenue tracking: when a WooCommerce order reaches the thank-you page, sends order ID, order total, currency, and line items (product ID, title, price, quantity) to Zipchat for revenue attribution; also described as firing a conversion pixel when an order completes.
• Customer identification for logged-in users (optional/enabled): when enabled and a logged-in user views the store, sends the user’s email and name, and on WooCommerce stores the billing phone number, to Zipchat as a signed token (JWT) for recognition across channels.
• Customer identification token security: the plugin generates and stores a signing key encrypted at rest in the site database; the key is not autoloaded and never leaves the site in plain text.
