- Connects to the SuperBudgie platform for authentication and for embedding generation and chat response generation (via `https://chat.superbudgie.com/`).
- Stores the vector index locally in the site’s WordPress uploads directory and indexes only public website data.
- Loads the PayPal JavaScript SDK in the plugin’s admin orders screen to enable administrators to complete token purchases.
