- Performs an authorization exchange during “Connect with Chatessa” to obtain a workspace widget key, API key, and identity secret (single-use authorization code).
- Optionally provides secure logged-in user identity to the widget using a server-signed HMAC (`user_hash`), preventing browser-side forgery of identity data.
- Optionally sends WooCommerce customer context on each login (email/display name, order count, lifetime value, and last order details) to Chatessa when WooCommerce is active.
- Implements GDPR-style consent gating by optionally loading the widget only after a cookie-consent banner is accepted and the relevant cookie is present.
- Receives inbound Chatessa events (e.g., new leads, escalations) in WordPress via a `chatessa_webhook` action hook with HMAC verification.
